At this stage the coconut husk are selected with mature husks being acceptable. The husk is then passed through a decortication machine, in order to separate the long fibres (textiles industry), from the rest (medium and \u201cbaby\u201d fibres, and granules of different sizes); the latter being the raw material from which the final product is prepared.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col col4  col-animate-false\" data-align=\"left\" data-effect=\"fade-left\">\n<div class=\"col-inner\">\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1591 \" alt=\"\" width=\"\" height=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"gap nz-clearfix\" style=\"height: 25px;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_custom_heading\">\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #00618e; line-height: 30px; text-align: left; font-family: Open Sans; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.espafibrac.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/fabricacion2.png\" alt=\"\" \/> Washing and Composting<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"nz-column-text nz-clearfix\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #777777; font-size: 14px;\">Removal of excess salts by washing several times with neutral pH water. During this process which lasts 30-40 days, many chemical analysis are performed, primarily to control Electrical Conductivity and PH and to ensure that the material reaches a stage in which it will remain as physically stable as possible.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col col4  col-animate-false\" data-align=\"left\" data-effect=\"fade-left\">\n<div class=\"col-inner\">\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1590 \" alt=\"\" width=\"\" height=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"gap nz-clearfix\" style=\"height: 25px;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_custom_heading\">\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #00618e; line-height: 30px; text-align: left; font-family: Open Sans; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.espafibrac.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/fabricacion3.png\" alt=\"\" \/> Drying and Sterilization<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"nz-column-text nz-clearfix\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #777777; font-size: 14px;\">The product is placed in flat drying beds, large areas free of contamination. The precision of this process is key to the production each of our distinct finished products. Each mix is designed to have the optimum characteristics for a particular different application.
